She is a terrific trainer…at barista training, she showed our group how to make steamed and foamy milk, how to clean the machine properly, what the correct measures of coffee, foam and steamed milk for different drinks, and let us have a go at coffee art.
At team leader training, she used her acting skills effectively to show us how to box a table - even without a table or a cloth present!
She answered everyone's questions thoughtfully and respectfully…remembered everybody's names and always re-emphasised the positives in people's successes… She's a terrific ambassador for the company.
