My interest in hospitality started as a teenager. My friend's family owned a number of restaurants, so I spent a lot of time helping out.
I studied Hospitality and Management at Silesian University in the Czech Republic. On Completion, I moved to London to start my career in hospitality at the Grove Hotel, which is one of London’s top, 5-star, world-class hotels, where I went through the fine dining restaurant to meetings and events and ended up in contract-catering, which was my favourite.
I was lucky enough to work at The Royal Society, where I spent nearly 5 Years as Deputy General Manager. During the Pandemic, I joined Off to work as an Operations Manager. I then worked my way up to Head of a Contracts and B&I and loved every second of the journey. From day one I was able to meet so many interesting people. I got to be part of amazing events, see the most amazing venues that London has to offer and provide the best support to all of my clients.
When not in the office, I like to travel the world as much as my schedule (and bank balance) will allow.
