With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, I have built a successful career starting as a food runner at the age of 15. My passion for the industry quickly became apparent as I quickly progressed through the ranks, eventually becoming the General Manager of 2 Oxford Place in 2014, the first gluten-free and allergen-aware restaurant in the UK.
Throughout my journey, I have developed a specialization in the art of mixology. I have worked in various cocktail bars in London, notably the Bar Americain inside Brasserie Zedel, where I reveled in the fast-paced environment and honed my skills in crafting signature cocktails.
In August 2022, I joined Off To Work to manage, train and mentor our amazing bar team, as well as supporting our clients with any help they need behind the bar. I get a great amount of satisfaction from seeing the progression and development of our team members as well as making amazing events happen with our clients.
