Over the last 3 decades of my life, I have had the pleasure of donning many hats. I have been lucky enough to have had a chance to work overseas for a few years in some wonderful places around the world, such as Tenerife, Marseille and Ghana in various roles in hospitality. Outside of the restaurant business, I have worked in retail management, and as a student accommodation officer for host families in Oxford. In the end though, I always seem to come back to the world of hospitality.
I have always enjoyed working on the front lines, whether it be waiting staff, chef or running my own pubs/cocktail bars, back in the early 2000s.
At this point in my life, I find myself on a completely new, exciting journey with so many awesome people at Off to Work, doing something I never imagined I would do, but find extremely enjoyable and satisfying.
My passion lies in training our team members up to reach their full potential. I have a particularly soft spot for those with no experience that excel during the assessment and go out and become heroes.
As of right now, my sights are set on helping the Oxford region grow and reach its full potential.
