Born in Australia, I graduated from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia in 2004 with a Batchelor of Applied Science, Hospitality Management. During this time I worked my way up the 5 Star hotel ladder whilst travelling and I worked abroad in both Dublin and Scotland. From previous Front of House and rooms based roles I was soon promoted to Operations Manager looking after all sectors in a spa and leisure hotel which developed my knowledge and love for F+B, large scale wedding catering and logistic and rooms planning for the 2013 Open Championship with the R&A.
In 2014 I wanted to expand my knowledge within the Edinburgh market and secured a C&E Sales Manager role in a 4-star hotel. This was the beginning of my combined love for sales, planning and operations; with a vast range of corporate and leisure clients. I am now our Branch Manager for Scotland and looking forward to demonstrating my experience and training with the Off to Work team.
