Staffing & Operations Manager - Birmingham City Centre

Thought so. Look no further, YOU are exactly who we've been looking for. We need aStaffing & Operations Manager to join our Front of House Team and be responsible for a portfolio of our clients. A strong working knowledge of BOH will also be a great advantage within this role.

We have 3 Key Requirements:

• Confident managing client accounts and growing your client base through effective business development.
• Hospitality, staffing and events experience - we need someone who is willing to get stuck in both in the office and in a hospitality setting. (You will be starting during our busiest season, so you must be a self-starter willing to jump into the deep end!).
• You must have a calm and professional manner even when the going gets tough (and it will). Every day will be different, and you will be required to work in the office and organising our casual team at large events.

This is not a role for the faint hearted. As the Staffing & Operations Manager you'll be a confident cookie with common sense by the kilo. You'll be flexible and fired up about both admin and operations in the office and then meeting and greeting clients onsite at the weekends! The successful Staffing & Operations Manager will have attention to detail in abundance, and multitasking is your ONLY method. You'll provide nothing but perfection, even under pressure! You don't have to be an expert as training will be provided - but your enthusiasm and common sense must make up for what you don't already have in experience!

The Staffing & Operations Manager will be required to work 40 hours per week, and this will include a lot of weekends.

You'll be reporting into the Head of Operations who will be able to train you up and look after you along the way - but they are also kept very busy with our clients, so you will be a confident self-starter.
